Welcome to Label Invoice (labelinvoice.com), India’s premier automated shipping label cropping, invoice separation, and document collation platform. By accessing or using our website, APIs, or cropping tools as a guest visitor or registered merchant, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Service

Label Invoice provides automated cloud-based document conversion utilities allowing e-commerce merchants to process, crop, rotate, separate invoices, and format shipping labels for thermal barcode roll printers (4"x6") and standard A4 laser printers. We reserve the right to upgrade, enhance, or modify operational algorithms without prior notice to maintain compatibility with marketplace layout updates.

2. Merchant Representation & Document Authorization

By uploading documents to Label Invoice, you expressly warrant and represent that:

• You are a lawful e-commerce merchant, seller, brand, or logistics fulfillment agent authorized under marketplace seller agreements (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, JioMart, etc.) to process the uploaded dispatch manifests and invoices.
• The uploaded files do not contain malware, virus scripts, prohibited materials, or falsified government identities.
• You are solely responsible for verifying that cropped labels contain valid, unscratched carrier barcodes prior to courier handover.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Razorpay Gateway

• Free Tier Quotas: Non-paying visitors and basic accounts are granted daily crop quotas that reset every 24 hours.
• PRO Subscriptions: Unlocks unlimited cropping, SKU overlay, and automated courier grouping. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.
• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital fulfillment of cropping credits and processing capacity, subscription fees are non-refundable once activated, except as required under statutory consumer laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, visual algorithms, website design, UI layout, and proprietary presets of Label Invoice remain the exclusive intellectual property of techowish.com. Third-party marketplace names, logos, and courier carrier marks (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive identification of document compatibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

Label Invoice provides its utility services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Under no circumstances shall Label Invoice or its operators be held liable for:

• Courier delivery failures, return-to-origin (RTO) charges, or barcode scanning errors resulting from improper printer calibration, defective thermal printheads, low DPI, or faded ribbon paper.
• Marketplace account penalties, SLA breaches, or inventory discrepancies originating from inaccurate seller dispatch files.
• Indirect, punitive, or consequential damages exceeding the total amount paid by the user to Label Invoice in the preceding three months.

7. Termination & Account Erasure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in automated scraping, abuse of daily free tiers, or violations of Indian law. Clients may terminate their account at any time by exercising their Right to Erasure under DPDP Act Section 12 via the self-service profile dashboard.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
