Commercial & Operational Disclaimer
Effective Date: September 25, 2026 | Version 2.2
1. General Information & Purpose of Utility
All information, tools, layout presets, and documentation provided on Label Invoice (labelinvoice.com) are published in good faith for general productivity and document preparation purposes. Label Invoice is an independent document layout processing service engineered to assist Indian e-commerce merchants in formatting marketplace shipping labels for standard thermal and laser printers.
2. Third-Party Marketplace & Logistics Carrier Non-Affiliation
Label Invoice is an independent utility tool and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized as an official partner of any of the aforementioned marketplace platforms or logistics providers. The use of these trademarks on this website is solely for descriptive reference to inform users of document format compatibility.
3. Barcode Scannability & Thermal Print Quality Disclaimer
While our automated cropping algorithms strictly preserve the high-resolution vector geometry and 1D/2D barcode aspect ratios of shipping labels, Label Invoice does not guarantee that every cropped barcode will be successfully read by carrier handheld optical scanners. Barcode scannability is directly dependent on:
- The physical DPI resolution (203 dpi vs 300 dpi) of your thermal roll printer (TSC, Zebra, Xprinter, TVS, etc.).
- Thermal printhead temperature, darkness/burn settings, and printhead dirt or burnt pixels.
- Paper quality of direct thermal peel-and-stick sticker rolls.
Sellers are strongly advised to run a test scan using a handheld barcode reader or smartphone camera prior to mass parcel handover to logistics pickup associates.
4. Tax & Regulatory Non-Advisory Notice
Label Invoice separates and collates shipping labels and customer invoices for physical packaging convenience. Label Invoice does not review, verify, or validate the accuracy of product pricing, HSN codes, IGST/CGST/SGST calculations, or GSTIN compliance contained on user invoices. Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that their tax invoices comply with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and State GST regulations.
5. Statutory Document Preservation Disclosure
In compliance with Indian statutory audit regulations (CGST Act 2017 Section 36 and DPDP Act 2023 Section 8(7)), commercial dispatch manifests and invoices processed through this service are safely preserved in the master server archive. Users may de-link their active portal history at any time without compromising the platform’s statutory compliance records.
